COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Api Harowe 11BRW-300-M-10B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Aschenbrenner products, including obsoleted and phased-out Appleton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Applied-Materials product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Aschenbrenner such as the 143610C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JBE7556201 manufactured by Appleton and we are pleased to be able to service most Appleton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 249161514 by Manufacturer Applied-Materials as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Atmel Brand 1AD15 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Atlas-Copco such as 8433174000 equipment made by Atlas-Copco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Copco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Copco" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MC010A made by Atek as well as the popular D79PSNST original spares produced by Asahi-America Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8353G41 by Asco and 8433174000 spares by Atlas-Copco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P8Z68V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asus. |
